Rates currently under discussion include $2 per bushel for soybeans, 63 cents per bushel for wheat and 4 cents per bushel for corn growers.

1) China will return any partially contaminated soy or corn.

2) China is slaughtering pigs by the millions due to African Swine flu so we will be feeding fewer Chinese farm animals.
