If Ebola breaks out - it's over: there are not enough doctors and nurses and ICU's in America to contain a breakout of this plague. Incubation period is ~21 days - plenty of time for the Africoons to ship over to Mexico and head north before they exhibit symptons of the plague. Oh, and they will be infecting EVERYBODY they come in contact with ALL THE WAY up north - think about that exponential bit of math.
