USDA said 13 million acres not plantable due to excessive rain. This spooked the futures. Farmers talking of wet planting. They will plant in mud to collect crop insurance.

They may have to use aerial seeding to beat the "planting" deadline for the insurance. (A stupid deadline, imo)
