Inventor Maneesh Sethi says that while it isn't as powerful as a shock from a tazer, it still delivers enough voltage to shock you make you jump.

Maybe a 12 step program would work just as well.

Of course, if you were hopped up on some kind of mind altering substance like Angel Dust, it would not make much difference. LOL

I worked a concert at the Pavilion in Chicago and had an encounter with some guy that was high on that stuff. I told him to just stay there and be cool. A few minutes later some Usher comes along.

I told him, "Hey man, don't mess with him. He's on Dust" The Usher said, "I don't care what he's on. He's got to go."

I said, "OK, it's your funeral." ROTFLOL
