Kamala Harris wants to raise taxes on people who were not inundated with legal and illegal immigration to such an extent that their rents became unaffordable. My niece just recently moved to Seattle. She makes more money her hour thanks in part to their minimum wage law. But rents are $1,800 to $2.200 a month for an apartment. Ms Harris wants us to pay thousands more per year in taxes so we can subsidize the rents of people in impacted areas. She is not willing to seal the Border and remove any of the 22 million plus illegal aliens so our wages would go up and our rents and crime rates would go down.
