Follow up on Mats Järlström. In December 2018, the federal court ruled almost entirely in Matss favor. The court held that Mats could safely talk about his traffic-light theories. And the court further held that the state cannot punish Matsor anyone elsefor describing themselves truthfully using the word engineer.

The lawyer from Institute for Justice said this was a major First Amendment violation. He is right.
Out here they get on me for picking recyclables out of the trash. Once someone puts something in the trash, it is no longer private property and anyone can take it. That is a Fourth Amendment violation if they haul me in. ;)
