Liberals hat blacks and Hispanics because they give them such terrible schools. or all the money we are spending we could send them all to Catholic or even privae schools. Locally, we have a first class private school that has more kids taking Advanced Placement SAT exams than does the public schools. I met a 14 year-old kid who could not read handwriting, only printing.
