Sander's suggestion of adopting Canada's Medicare system s the silliest US could do. Only way Docs can make money is pus pills like crazy even though many pills have adverse effects. No incentive healthy living, diet or natural remedies.

Better option Doctors be paid expenses plus fixed salaries in their different categories, but eligible for up to ten thousand extra for getting people well with nutrition, etc., instead of drugs which have side effects. Example is egg plant good for lowering BP, beets for a healthy heart.
