We had just crossed the Oregon Idaho state line. This video clearly shows the police’s intent to search for no reason. I advocate recording the police in all situations to keep them accountable.

Isn't it the consensus that getting pulled over is ALWAYS stressful for motorists? Running the K-9 around all pulled over cars sounds like an unreasonable search to me, though I think the courts only recognize it as unreasonable to detain someone while a K-9 unit is transported to a stopped car.

The questioning about whether drugs are present before the K-9 does the round, claiming it's better if they admit to any drugs before a K-9 might alert to them is a complete load of BS, and it seems fitting to me to tell an officer that to his face on the scene.
