PUBLISHER OR “COMMON CARRIER”? THEY CAN’T BE BOTH

YouTube, which is owned by Google, is against independent thought and puts it in the same category as violent content.

Is Google a privately owned company?

Yes, it is, but Google/YouTube has been granted “common carrier” status which means they can’t be sued for the content they run.

They use this exemption all the time to benefit themselves.

However, when it benefits their POLITICAL agenda, they turn around and act like a publisher, promoting one line of thought while literally erasing others.

Every time they do this, they are violating Section 230 of the Telecommunications Act which requires them to make room for a diversity of opinion. It’s the basis of their common carrier exemption and their immunity to lawsuits over content.

It’s time to take away Google’s common carrier exemption.

I hate to give the sickening neocon deity / zionist shill Dennis Prager credit for anything, but it looks like they're poised to blow this crime wave by Youtube, Twitter et al to pieces. Since Prager has such a high profile as pundit hero to Christian soccer moms et al and PU's lawyer is so focused and serious here, maybe they'll actually get it done.

These online giants are in clear, flagrant violation of federal law and trampling it anew thousands of times a day. It's so BLATANT that Trump has no excuse for not fixing it early in his administration. None! It's such a simple, obvious case.

Since Brasscheck is run by very secular SF CA jews, it's a pleasant surprise to see them featuring this material.

True, no excuse. But he won't.

He's going to lose and he's the last Republican president. Ever.

"A rainbow coalition against Jews" -- heh heh heh

Pollack focuses not only on the paradigmatic case of the Nation of Islam, founded in Detroit in 1930 by Georgia-born Elijah Muhammad (Elijah Poole) and led today by Minister Louis Farrakhan. She also documents the “racialized antisemitism” of other African-American leaders, from Black Nationalist Marcus Garvey in the 1920s to Tamika Mallory of the Women’s March today.
