The victim was just trying to cross the street in her Jamaica neighborhood, when the group of teens stole her cane and beat her with it, while laughing and insulting her before stealing her phone. NBC 4 New York’s Marc Santia reports.

I took a large pay cut and moved out of that area way back, SIXTY YEARS AGO.

We moved because the human scum, trash and animals were moving in. Our once pristine neighborhood has been a jungle for many years.
