From the City Club of Chicago, Attorney Devon Bruce recounts how former comptroller and treasurer of the City of Dixon, Rita Crundwell, managed to embezzle $53 million from the city over the course of 22 years and how she was ultimately brought to justice.

In 2013, Mr. Bruce obtained a $40 million dollar settlement for the City of Dixon.
