I thought I read a story a number of months ago that the utility was going to do rolling blackouts anyways? (And, it had nothing to do with fires.)

They are doing both rolling fires and blackouts. In the old days you cleared dead trees and brush to prevent forest fires. Liberalism has risen above Common Sense. As the song said, "In California Dreaming has become a reality."
