College campuses have been completely overrun by hardcore Leftists. The hammer and sickle flag is probably more welcome than the American flag at many colleges and universities.
Now campus Leftists pulled one sick move that endangered the lives of students. Universities have always leaned to the Left, but decades of indoctrination have turned the college campus into a politburo.
Andrei Serban, formerly a theater professor at Columbia, said he resigned his position because he feared the university was on its way to becoming communist. Serban should know because he fled communist country.
One of the ways the universities have changed is their open hostility toward anyone who disagrees about anything.
Conservative students at a liberal college were threatened with the practice known as “swatting,” where someone calls in a fake threat against someone else in order to incite a S.W.A.T. raid against the target.
The College Fix reports:
Several conservative students at St. Olaf College had their lives turned upside down Sunday after a false report that alleged that they had guns and ammunition in their dorm prompted campus public safety officers to enter their home and search it.
Despite the students telling the officers they had no guns and no ammunition and felt they were the victims of a malicious prank — as right-of-center students have faced open hostility on campus for several years — the officers continued to raid the dorm and upend some of its contents.

“We essentially got swatted. It was just a prank or an attack, something made to intimidate us, something made to make it difficult for us to study for finals and to make us uncomfortable here on campus,” said Chris, one of the students who lives in the dorm.
Not only is the practice of swatting vile, but it gives us a window into what so-called “Red Flag” gun confiscation laws that gun-grabbers are pushing for will look like in practice.
All it takes is a bogus claim to have someone’s Second and Fourth Amendment rights violated.
This is precisely why due process of law is so important.
Otherwise, this could make for some terrifying encounters with police officers who have been mislead.
