Brett Kavanaugh had a big smile on his face after getting the chance to destroy Obama’s legacy

For months, the Left did everything in their power to destroy Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Peddling unproven claims of sexual assault, they tried to prevent him from being confirmed.

But now Kavanaugh has a big smile on his face after getting the chance to destroy Obama’s legacy.

With Kavanaugh’s confirmation, the Supreme Court is finally stacked in favor of President Trump.

And that is coming at a perfect time, with a federal appeals court upholding a ruling that declared a key aspect of Barack Obama’s infamous ObamaCare law unconstitutional.

Now it is going to the Supreme Court, which will give Kavanaugh a chance to get back at the radical left by affirming that the law is unconstitutional.

I think USSC justices are, as a matter of course, of the mind that overturning a prior ruling is done only in the most highly compelling circumstances. If there's any reasonable way a prior ruling can be allowed to stand, they will do so. This is because overturning a prior ruling is disruptive to the judicial institution.

Kavanaugh is good enough to rule professionally and not on the basis of malice for what he's been through.

Yes of course. But we must remember that John Roberts cast the deciding vote which said that Obamacare was a tax. Not so sure I agree with that one. Then the Republican Congress defunded it. ;)
