Trump has appointed 25% of all Federal District Court judges. Two of nine Supreme Court Justices. And has switched several Appellate Court from liberal to conservative. He has 5 years to go. Maybe four if the Donkeys shut the government down in 2024 to protest Trump judges. (Probably Civil War by then anyway.)
