The Pentagon has send six B-52 strategic bombers to military base on Diego Garcia that is beyond the range of Iran’s ballistic missiles to prepare to hit Tehran if given the order.

Poster Comment:

The B-2 is capable of all-altitude attack missions up to 50,000 feet (15,000 m), with a range of more than 6,000 nautical miles (6,900 mi; 11,000 km) on internal fuel. It costs a billion dollars each. The Russian and Iranian satellites will pick it up on launch. The B-2 has never been tried against the S-300 or S-400.

Iranian missiles could take it down but they might need Russian help technically to light it up using Khibiny ECW or whatever else they have.

Not sure just what that is supposed to indicate, mean or infer.

Some people should stay with Mother Goose rhymes, more their level.

The B-52 was an effective platform in the 1950's and 60's as air defense systems weren't that capable back then.

They were still effective against third world nations that had obsolete or non existent air defenses.

Against modern air defense systems, however, they are lumbering sitting ducks.

Or more accurately, flocks of slow flying geese.

The max altitude means that it is within range of S-300 missiles. The Iranians will need Russian Electronic Counter Measures as demonstrated by the Khibiny system to light up the stealth targts so they can be shot down.
