I just realized that in all the thousands of words that I've heard and read about the flu, no one has mentioned the benefit of strengthening the immune system with mineral, vitamin, and other natural supplements.

I wrote something about how you can protect yourself from normal contact which would be a low viral load on a handrail or elevator button. But I also have treatments for doctors and nurses though they can get expensive but they have incomes that can afford an extra $200 and have oxygen face masks already available.

Italians discovered that kids did not get Corona because of their higher level of Melatonin. Adults ( especially the elderly ) would benefit by taking Melatonin ,along with D3 , Zinc , Magnesium and Elderberry Tea

What I AM worried about is some of these beat-up companies cancelling their stock dividends, like they did in 2008-2009. I live on those dividends, they do that shit again, I'm f#cked.

I'm there with everything plus L-tryptophan at night, and excluding the tea. Solaray has a blend of zinc and copper, which supposedly act synergistically to our benefit. A good night's rest is so crucial to our recovery and healing.

I seen some stuff... Minimally about it.. probably just the circles I hang in and the targeted ads. I've been boosting my vitamin c as much as I can.

Rifing as many as are wiling to sit down for a moment to and be patient and do it.

Gf has been sick for three freaking weeks now. I'm doing all I can but it ain't like I can force shit.....

She remaines sick...

And it ain't like we don't share. I eat after her and everything else. She still has lots of drive despite it. I should of gotten sick.. but I took my Cs,Bs, rife, colloidal silver..... I've tried to be infected to share in the misery .... I aint sick

That's worrisome to.

But what can you do? Just try your best and remind every day, drink this water, eat that pepper, heres some food please try to eat it... we make jokes and im in a spot. I aint sick. I say follow my lead . Other cough and laugh,,,,,... fuck my life
