Poster Comment:

$1.25 in silver quarters equals 1 ounce of 90% silver. $10 divided by $1.25 = 8 ounces of 90% silver. So 8 ounces of physical 90% silver is $181.11. So divided by 8 that is $22.64 for one ounce of 90% physical silver. Some day the huge disconnect between paper silver and physical silver as well as gold will go away.

I sold a chunk of silver junk coins back in about 11 or 12. I got $4 per dime, $200 a roll. Sold 5 rolls to a friend. Later he walked into my house and stole $15,000 worth of collectibles. Shortly after he picked a fight and didn't want to be friends. I didn't discover them missing for a year. Put two and two together, but had no proof.

You mean you do not lock the door of your house to keep out people who do not belong? There are some here in this town who do not lock their front doors either. :-/

He knew where my hidden key was. Like I said, he was a friend. We used to pray together and helped each other out in business.

It's near impossible to forgive the betrayal of trust, best wishes.

No lower form of scum exists than someone treated as a friend turns out to be a thief that invades your home to steal.

I'm of the opinion that many sold off paper silver/gold to make payment on margin calls when the market took a dump. I believe that physical metals will survive and thrive throughout.
