I read that from several sources.
And worse than that Cuomo ginned up the mad rush to the hospital by banning doctors from prescribing hydroxychloroquine and zinc sulfate to outpatients. He wanted everyone to get sick enough to go to the hospital before they could be treated. That way he could rant and rave about 300,000 ventilators he did not need.
