We were working a concert in Chicago on north side at Rosemont.
This girl came out of the front rows and said, "There's a fight in there."
I motioned the guys to follow me in. I get in there and look to my left. This guy has a dude on the ground and he is pounding on him. I grab him by his clothes and pull. When the slack gave out he starts to move. I stood up and pivoted and I threw him. He flew maybe 10 feet until he hit the standing chairs.
Another guy told me later, "I had one guy by the shirt collar and another on his knees telling him, "Don't move," I seen something move out of the corner of my eye. I look and here is a body flying thru the air." He said, "Tex, that was great. I never seen you in action before."
We took their tickets and threw them out. They start fighting again. Then the cops grabbed them (disorderly conduct). It was a rotten end to a bad night. ;)
