I definitely don't want to go back to the land of my ancestors. I am 1/8th Scottish, but worse I am 1/8th Swedish and 1/8th French. The only part of me whose present day nations do not embarrass me is the 1/8th that is German Irish protestant. My great-grandmother was a von Essler. Her people no longer have a nation.
