Now when war arrives, Germany and Japan are the ONLY two countries we can count on to fight.

We must remember that when WWII began it was started by Germany and Russia in league with each other.

Did that move really make them so neutral?

But then you must consider that trade with all nations is what our founders intended when they said we should have "trade with all and favorites to none." ;)
