Bullshit ~ nursing homes, at least here, bring food around three times a day for anyone who cannot get to the dining room.

Labor shortages are severe in Sweden. I subscribe to an Englishman who owns a farm in Sweden. He gets high quality building materials because nobody will hire someone to haul things away.
