Poster Comment:

This is a pretty decent rant from the 34 y/o skateboarder/journalist. Worth a listen. 11 min.

Maybe the response should be to eliminate the national anthem at professional sports games.

Do kids recite the Pledge of Allegiance in school any longer? I recall doing that in grade school. ;)

I posted the above before watching the vid. Overwhelmingly agree about virtual fans and cardboard cutout fans. That is really entering a new phase of social normalcy.

I'm sure they do, but they'll allegiance may not be to the flag much longer. Soon it'll be BLM.

I will never watch a professional MLB, NBA or NFL game ever again. And I will oppose all subsidies to ballparks.

B, I can't even imagine the classrooms having an American flag in them anymore seeing as how far left the teachers have swung.

It would be interesting to know one way or the other for sure.

The few NASCAR races that I've watched this year seemed very empty and hollow especially after the race in victory lane with the drivers celebrating alone. It made the whole thing seem kind of pointless.

The virtual and cardboard fans smack of desperation making it feel all the more pointless. Tim seemed to be pretty worked up about the whole deal, quite out of character for him.

I was never into ball sports, but back in the day, my wife and I would watch the SuperBowl for the commercials which were cute before PeeCee ruined that.

I've got no interest in NASCAR anymore now that Bubba BLM has ruined it with his noose hoax and left wing activism.
