You might have to devise an education quiz for doctors. To test their knowledge of math ask them what is the second derivative of 3X squared. The answer is 6. The first derivative is 6X. It is something you either know or don't know. Everyone who took freshman Calculus knows the answer.

Or maybe you could only go for a foreign born doc. My two docs at a local clinic are both foreign born. One is a Lebanese. He hates Zionists. That means I can trust him. But he does tend to stick to AMA beliefs.
