President Trump’s abject failure to respond forcefully and capably to the COVID-19 pandemic—his failure to lead—makes him responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of Americans. (Page 8) I Thought it was 7 Democrat governors who put infected patients in nursing homes that killed those people. And it was Democrats who wanted more Americans to be infected because they wanted to keep airline flights first from Wuhan and then Europe to continue. And it was Democrats who invited 1.4 million people to Mardi Gras on February 25, 2020.

We will recruit at least 100,000 contact tracers with support from trusted local 16organizations in the communities most at risk to help state and local health departments use culturally competent approaches to identify people at risk of contracting or spreading the coronavirus. (Page 10) They will make jobs for minorities who have worked with them in the past but they will have people getting in your face. Does not sound good.

We 8urgently need to support state and local governments, which are suffering severe budget shortfalls due to declines in tax revenues while being asked to shoulder the burden of COVID- related services and rising unemployment. State and local budget cuts translate quickly into lost jobs in education, health care, and social services—all fields where we need to be adding jobs to 12meet the needs of the American people. Democrats will extend significant aid to state and local governments, school districts, and public and nonprofit colleges and universities, including HBCUs and MSIs, to address these budget shortfalls and secure jobs. (Page 11) Democrats soon learned that shutting down businesses meant fewer tax collections. They need nearly $100 billion to pay for local governors mistakes. (HBCU= Historic Black colleges)

Democrats will fight to raise wages for working people and improve job quality and security, including by raising the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour. (Page 14) Not possible if they want to give citizenship to 32 million illegal aliens and bring in millions of relatives of Green Card holders.

Democrats will strengthen labor rights for the more than 20 million public-sector employees in 1the United States by passing the Public Sector Freedom to Negotiate Act, which would provide a federal guarantee for public-sector employees to bargain for better pay and benefits. (Page 15) Government workers already get more in pay and benefits than regular workers.

Democrats will implement a high-quality paid family leave system that protects workers from the unfair choice between attending to urgent health or caretaking needs and earning a paycheck. We will fight to ensure all employers provide at least 12 weeks of paid family and medical leave for all workers and family units, to enable new parents to recover from childbirth and bond with their newborns or adopted children and allow all workers to take extended time off to care for themselves or an ailing relative. (Page 15) Paid leave for 12 weeks. A million businesses closed due to lockdowns. Who will bail out businesses?

Democrats will launch a clean energy revolution through historic investments in clean energy, clean 1transportation, energy efficiency, and advanced manufacturing. We will repair, modernize, and expand our highways, roads, bridges, and airports, including by installing 500,000 public charging stations for electric vehicles. (Page 16)500,000 charging stations for electric cars? That and a few trillion on high speed rail and other Green Energy projects will ruin the nation.

We will increase demand for American-made ships by ensuring U.S. cargo is carried on ships flying our flag. (Page 16) That will sharply cut US exports as foreigners will not likely pay more for GMO corn because is sailed in a US ship.

And Democrats will close the digital divide that deprives more than million Americans of high-speed internet access by investing in broadband and 5G technology, including rural and municipal broadband (Page 16). That's it 5G for everyone. Maybe they could volunteer to put 5G towers over the homes of famous Democrat politicians and donors.

Democrats know that small businesses are among the best job creators in our country. We will significantly boost funding for state small business grant and lending initiatives that generate tens of billions of dollars of private-sector investment, especially for small businesses owned by women and people of color. (Page 17) No mention of the million business they closed with their lockdowns. Women and people of color get benefits. White men get the tax bill.

No one should have to spend more than 30 percent of their income on housing (Page 19) but hey want to let in tens of millions of legal and illegal aliens which only increases rents and home prices.

We will create a new tax credit of up to $15,000 to help first-time home buyers. (Page 19) No mention of where the money comes from. No mention that $15,000 is a drop in the bucket compared to the exorbitant price of a home in an area impacted by excessive immigration.

Democrats commit to providing 5Section 8 housing support for every eligible family, (Page 20) That will bankrupt taxpayers while sending tens of millions of minorities and former illegal aliens into the suburbs.

Democrats know we can end the era of mass incarceration and dramatically reduce the number 28of Americans held in jails and prisons while continuing to reduce crime rates. We support re-issuing federal guidance from the Department of Education and the Department of Justice to prevent the disparate disciplinary treatment of children of color in school and educational settings. (Page 32) Crime rates were going down until Democrat mayors and governors allowed rioting and looting. And NY state eliminated Cash Bail. Democrats as always will make schools unsafe because they will not discipline Black students.

Poverty is not a crime, and it should not be treated as one. Democrats support eliminating the use 26of cash bail and believe no one should be imprisoned merely for failing to pay fines or fees. (Page 34) There it is NY state's No Cash Bail to go nationwide. That is the end of safe streets anywhere in America.
