There was a German female doctor and scientist, Dr. Johanna Budwig, who had studied cancer and found that it was a lack of human intake of Omega-3 oils which are found in unprocessed High Lignan Flax Seed oil that was a major cause of cancer.
Consumption of that oil every morning (1 tbsp) is helpful in keeping cancer away. Mix it with some cottage cheese.
Barleans makes the best quality oil that can be had. It is found in good health food stores in the refrigerated section.
Clearly, the use of hydrogenated oils is what contributes to plaque build up in the arteries and the cause of hypertension.
I usually use coconut oil for frying on the skillet. ;)
Let me ask you fellow oldsters something. Have you received a test for intestinal cancer like I did from Humana? It included two long skinny brushes by which they made me obtain traces of my poo and send it to 'em.
It's fine with me -- I just mailed the stuff -- but feels uneasily like prep for triage.
I get sent those kits. Took it once and passed. I take coconut oil twice daily. Also EFAs, turmeric, black pepper, curry powder, garlic, cayenne, 2 grams of liposomal vitamin C, a gram of regular vitamin C, Quercetin, ECGC (Green tea extract), colloidal minerals, green vegetable smoothie and probiotics daily. Cancer has no chance with me.

The only time I eat fried food is when I fry it myself with High Oleic Grapeseed Oil. ;)
