The Democrats are either cheating or powers above them are cheating on their behalf. Either way, the election is in the process of being stolen if we're to believe Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney during his most recent interview with Two Mikes.

The General described "Hammer" and "Scorecard," a pair of programs initially designed for the CIA before being privatized by Deep State players from the Obama administration. We explained how they work in an article last week, but the gist is this:

"Hammer" or "THE HAMMER" is a counter-intelligence surveillance program used to spy on activities on protected networks (like voting machines) without detection …

"Scorecard" is a vote-manipulation application that changes votes during transfer. It's the least detectable form of election manipulation because it works during data transfer between voting stations and data storage hubs. Unless both sides are looking for irregularities, it's impossible to catch. If nefarious forces had people on one side or the other (or both) during data transfer, it cannot be exposed. …

What we're seeing happening in Michigan and Wisconsin have all of the trademarks of a "Hammer" and "Scorecard" operation.

Voter fraud is happening right now. We all know it; one would be hard pressed to find a single American on either side of the aisle who would not acknowledge that it's taking place. Around half the country realizes (or is willing to admit) it's happening in favor of Democrats, but very few realize just how deep this particular rabbit hole goes. …

A CIA program known as "Scorecard" allows its users to change voting outcomes by hacking into the transfer between local reporting stations and state or national data centers.

According to McInerney, it's a small amount, under 3%, to keep it from triggering any alarms. He would know. He served in top military positions under the Secretary of Defense and the Vice President of the United States.

Using software for elections is a grave error, if you want a honest and reliable count. Paper ballots filled in under supervision at a polling place after an ID check are relatively secure and can be recounted.

(CNN) Early vote totals on Tuesday night in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin appeared to give President Donald Trump a comfortable edge over former Vice President Joe Biden.

But those numbers were never complete, and those tallies were changing overnight and into Wednesday as mail-in ballots from heavily Democratic areas in those states were counted.

A big reason for the delay: Laws in each state barred election officials from getting a head start on processing and counting the record number of mail-in ballots voters used amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Take Pennsylvania. The Republican-controlled legislature refused to change state law to allow county election officials to start processing mail-in ballots until 7 a.m. on Election Day. That left local election officials with mountains of absentee ballots to process and count on top of the in-person vote cast on Tuesday.

Overall, Pennsylvania received nearly 2.6 million mail-in ballots, according to the state's election website. Officials say that's 10 times the number of absentee ballots it receives in a normal election. In the Democratic stronghold of Philadelphia alone, officials received more than 350,000 absentee ballots that they could not start processing until polls opened Tuesday.

Further delaying results in the Keystone State: Nine Pennsylvania counties, according to CNN's reporting, opted to not start processing and counting ballots until Wednesday morning.

Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar on Wednesday tried to publicly nudge lagging counties to speed up reporting totals after a number of them appeared to have counted 0% of mail-in ballots on the state's website. "We're going to be following up with all those counties to say, 'Hey, make sure you get us the files,' " she told reporters.

Biden's campaign encouraged Democrats to vote early -- while in-person votes likely favored Trump -- so it's no surprise that the former vice president's vote tally would grow as officials count more mail-in votes. The shifting count angered the President."They are finding Biden votes all over the place -- in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan," he tweeted Wednesday "So bad for our Country!"

But Richard Hasen, an expert on election law at the University of California Law School at Irvine and a CNN analyst, said "there is nothing sinister going on."

"In those three states, election officials begged for extra time" to process ballots and largely were thwarted by state legislators, he said. "Ballots aren't processed randomly, so you get swings in outcomes" once election officials add absentee ballots to the count, Hasen said. Michigan, which received more than 3.1 million absentee ballots, faced similar restrictions in the run-up to Election Day.

A new state law gave cities with at least 25,000 residents a little more time than usual to process, but not count, mail-in ballots -- an extra 10 hours on November 2, the day before the election. (Processing includes removing ballots from their outer envelopes and preparing them for tabulation.)

The short window to process mail-in ballots in states such Pennsylvania and Michigan stands in sharp contrast to Florida, where officials began processing ballots weeks before Election Day, allowing them to swiftly report results.

That's a part of the reason Trump was quickly projected as the winner in Florida.

In Wisconsin, election workers had to wait until 7 a.m. Tuesday to begin most processing on nearly 2 million absentee and early vote ballots. A surge in Wisconsin results overnight that largely favored Biden raised conservative ire, but it reflected the Democratic stronghold of Milwaukee reporting more than 169,000 absentee votes.

A separate battle between the political parties could play out in the weeks ahead over another batch of ballots: Mail-in votes that arrive after Election Day. Trump has railed against a Supreme Court decision that allows Pennsylvania to count ballots that arrive up to three days after the election.

But on Wednesday, election officials were scrambling to count the ballots they already had in hand.

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf, a Democrat, told reporters Wednesday morning the system is working as it should, even if full results weren't available by day's end.

"We have to be patient but confident that these votes are going to be counted, they're going to be counted accurately and they will be counted fully," he said. "The delay that we're seeing is a sign that the system is working."

President Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani said he has evidence that may change the results of the presidential electoral map.

In a Sunday interview with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, Giuliani said the lawsuits being filed by the Trump campaign might reveal that up to 900,000 invalid ballots were cast in the state of Pennsylvania, a key election swing state several news outlets projected presumptive President-elect Joe Biden would win. "Do you believe that you have enough to actually change the fate of the election?" Bartiromo asked.

"Well, I think we have enough to change Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania election was a disaster," Giuliani said. "We have people that observed people being pushed out of the polling place. We have people who were suggested to vote the other way and shown how to do it. I'm giving you the big picture."

Giuliani described details of its investigation in Pennsylvania, which may translate to new lawsuits this week, as early as Monday. He alleged Republican observers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, were "kept out of the room or kept away from the room" for 24-hours where mail-in ballots were counted, adding that 135,000 ballots were counted during that time period.

"Even though we went to court, and we were allowed to move 6 feet closer, the Democrat-machine people moved the counting place six feet further away. This is documented on videotape. There are upwards of 50 witnesses," Giuliani said, which would be the subject of a Monday civil rights lawsuit on Monday.

Giuliani said the Trump team was also looking into whether ballots were cast in the name of people who are already dead and if ballots were "back-dated."

"We have evidence now, from not only the Post Office but from others, that there was back-dating. I can only tell you right now that that amounts to about 2,000 or 3,000 votes," Giuliani said.

In a statement released on Saturday through his campaign, Trump declared, "This election is far from over."

"Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor," the statement reads.

On Friday, Associate Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito ordered all Pennsylvania county boards of elections to segregate late-arrival ballots from the rest of the mail-in ballots during the counting process. However, Democrats in the state have said the Supreme Court should not involve itself in the election and that the election's outcome would be unlikely to change.

According to Fox News chief White House correspondent John Roberts, sources tell him the president would "graciously concede" the election if unsuccessful in his legal efforts. "I’m told that, you know, in addition to the president wanting to see this done, the president is really being supported and being pushed to some degree by his family who want to make sure every legal vote was counted and that no illegal votes were counted," Roberts said.

He added that if Trump "does not see a path to continuing in as the president of the United States, he will graciously concede and work on a peaceful and appropriate transfer of power," according to words given to him.

President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, said Sunday the first lawsuit claiming election fraud will be filed in Pennsylvania.

In an interview on Fox News’ "Sunday Morning Futures," Giuliani called the election in the key battleground state "a disaster."

"I think the first lawsuit will be Pennsylvania," he said. "The second will either be Michigan or Georgia, and over the course of the week we should get it all pulled together … those are facts of fraud."

"I think we have enough to change Pennsylvania," he added, "The Pennsylvania election was a disaster. …We have people that observe people being pushed out of the polling place. We have people who were suggested to vote the other way and shown how to do it."

"I’m giving you the big picture, where the numbers are such that you could reverse the call," he asserted. "That is the 450,000 that were not observed of mail ballots."

He charged the count was "handled like a star chamber proceeding."

"They literally counted these ballots in secret and they counted these ballots in secret for only one reason. These ballots were always the ballots they were going to use to try to catch up if they were behind," he charged.

He said the case against Michigan will be similar.

"We have big numbers, definitely in Michigan. Not quite the numbers that we have in Pennsylvania, but enough to overturn the result there," he said.

"It looks like we'll have very big numbers in Nevada. We have pretty big numbers in Wisconsin. We have four or five witnesses already in Georgia. We have similar numbers in Arizona, so we got five states in which we have the same three issues."

President Donald Trump's reelection campaign, along with the Republican National Committee, have filed a lawsuit against Maricopa County, Arizona, that accuses poll workers of improperly rejecting in-person votes on election day.

In their lawsuit, the Republicans claim, when an overvote was detected on a ballot, poll workers were to inform voters and allow them the opportunity to fix the error, reports NBC affiliate KPNX in Phoenix.

Instead, the lawsuit claims, when issues with the vote tabulation machines happened, the poll workers would push a green button to override the error, or voters were asked to push the button. This caused an override that resulted in the vote not being counted.

The lawsuit states:

"Qualified electors casting ballots in person on Election Day in Maricopa County submitted their completed ballot to an electronic tabulation machine. Numerous voters were alerted by these devices to a facial irregularity in their ballot—frequently an ostensible 'overvote' — but were induced by poll workers to override the tabulator's rejection of the ballot in the good faith belief that their vote would be duly registered and tabulated. In actuality, overriding the electronic tabulator's alert automatically disqualifies the putative 'overvotes' without additional review or adjudication.?"

The campaign says several county voters have complained about the issue.

"Poll workers struggled to operate the new voting machines in Maricopa County, and improperly pressed and told voters to press a green button to override significant errors," Trump 2020 campaign's general counsel, Matt Morgan said in a statement. "The result is that the voting machines disregarded votes cast by voters in person on Election Day in Maricopa County."

The lawsuit demands overridden ballots be inspected manually, in the same way elections officials examined mail-in or drop-off ballots that were overvoted, KPNX reported.

The campaign contended voters' choices were disregarded in those races, saying new voting machines were used on Election Day on Tuesday. The lawsuit suggested those votes could prove "determinative" in the outcome of the race between Trump and Democrat Joe Biden, who was declared the winner Saturday by major television networks.

The Maricopa County Elections Department and a spokesman for Biden did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Biden currently leads Trump by 0.65%, or just over 21,000 votes in Arizona.

The Trump lawsuit, whose plaintiffs include the Arizona state Republican Party and the Republican National Committee, cited declarations by some poll observers and two voters that claimed the problem led to rejected votes.

An analytical look at votes cast for Joe Biden, as well as the turnout itself, show several anomalies that put the legitimacy of the votes in doubt as the mainstream media has nearly universally declared the Democrat to be the "president-elect" of the United States.

Two reports that together provide more than 10 pages of statistical analysis of raw voter data signal irregularities in the votes that boosted Biden’s vote tally in the crucial swing state of Pennsylvania.

For example, in Philadelphia, the likelihood of the city’s voting outcome is as likely as someone flipping a coin 100 times and landing on heads every time, according to one of the reports.

One point of note is that Biden strangely beat Barack Obama’s popular vote record and received several tens of thousands of more votes than registered Democrats in numerous counties. In some counties, the hike in Biden support totaled over 65,000 votes.

In Montgomery County, where Obama/Hillary Clinton vote counts ranged from 233,000 to 256,000 votes, Biden received 313,000. Together, the 10 outlier counties provide 244,237 votes.

"The votes for Biden are unusually high for ten counties, reporting an excess of ~244,000 votes in excess of expectation. These deviations are legitimate reasons to insist on closely monitored recounts," the report reads.

The second report comes to similar conclusions, specifically with regard to Montgomery, Chester, Cumberland, and Pike counties.

"But Biden soared in three predominately R counties, by 1.24 to 1.43 times greater than either Obama run or Hillary. This is a likely absurd result, that Biden would get that much more in these almost 50-50 D/R counties," the report asserts.

Another key insight: Biden got the votes of 115 percent of registered Democrats. Usually the number hovers around 70 percent in national elections.

"Normally 70%± of PA registered voters vote in a national election. After elimination of Allegheny County, 115% of PA registered Democratic voters voted for Biden. That is a serious statistical aberration."

Then there’s the fact that, per data provided by the State of Pennsylvania, a dramatic number of individuals cast ballots only for the presidential race; analysis shows this occurred exponentially more with Biden voters.

"Another way to track down fraudulent votes is to look closely at how many of the votes did little or no down-ticket voting. When manufacturing votes, it is too time consuming to vote for other office holders," the report states.

This phenomenon occurred in other states; in Arizona, double the number of Biden voters as Trump voters only voted for the top of the ticket. In Michigan, it was triple the number.

Additionally, the numbers for Biden in Allegheny County appear to violate Benford’s Law, a "standard voter fraud" identification method.

Both reports urge recounts and close monitoring:

Based on the concerns outlined herein, to correct any honest errors, and to eliminate the possibility of fraud, a well-supervised recount (where every vote is verified as being legitimate) is necessitated in at least these three Pennsylvania counties: Montgomery, Chester and Cumberland.

Another oddity of the election: Only four incumbent presidents since 1912 did not win reelection. Yet in all cases, they lost with less votes than in the previous election.

For example, President Taft’s votes fell from seven million to three million; Hoover’s went down from 21 million to 15 million; Carter’s from 40 million to 35 million; and George H.W. Bush’s from 48 million to 39 million.

By contrast, if President Trump really does lose, he will be the first incumbent president to gain votes, almost seven million, and still lose reelection.

What’s more, in all the key battleground states (Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Florida) the president increased his vote from 2016, in some cases considerably. In the case of the above-mentioned four failed incumbents, their vote decreased in all of these key states.

As the old adage goes, "The numbers don’t lie." There are more than enough aberrations to prompt anyone serious about election integrity to want to take a deeper look at the numbers — and the ballots.

If the Trump team can get the courts to take such a look, what will they find? And will it be sufficient to turn out a win for the sitting president?

If this is how the Left reacts when they win, just imagine the anarchy that will ensue if President Trump pulls through.

Violence erupted over the weekend between Antifa and supporters of the president at the Washington State capitol building. The pro-Trump crowed had gathered there to bring attention to the alleged voter fraud believed to be contributing to Joe Biden’s current electoral lead.

They were in Olympia as part of the nationwide Stop the Steal movement. At one point, a clash broke out between the Trump supporters and members of Antifa who arrived on scene. Cellphone video posted by local citizen journalist Katie Daviscourt captured the moment when police use tear gas and less-lethal munitions to break up a fight.

In a second video, two women tell Daviscourt that they were attacked by a man wearing a "gay pride" facemask and a Black Lives Matter agitator who began punching them until the man in the black sweatshirt stepped in to protect them before he, too, was assaulted.

This comes as the mainstream media has by-and-large crowned Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 race and is even referring to him as "President Biden" and the "president-elect."

In fact, no states have thus far certified their results. Counts, recounts, and legal challenges will all take place before the Electoral College selects the winner of the race in December, as established in the Constitution. [...]
