I knew that years ago when computerized voting was first introduced. The very fact that the software was proprietary so it couldn't be examined was proof enough. In the 1970s and 1980s, Oklahoma had voting machines but they were mechanical, easy to understand, and observe the results of a vote. Therefore, impossible to cheat unless there were no observers and that always were.
