Because of the cheating, even if Biden would have won, the supreme court needs punish the democrats by awarding the election to Trump and other republicans in close races. That penalty will go a long way in preventing most voter fraud in future elections because the potential cheaters would rather have a chance to win the election rather then cheat and have the election awarded to the non-cheaters
