PRESIDENT TRUMP: "We've made our CASE. It was a rigged election. You'll see a lot of big things happening over the next couple of days."
The "case" that Trump was talking about was AG Paxton's case out of Texas - not the Parnell case out of Pennsylania. Everybody got yesterday's ruling out of SCOTUS wrong. Here's what really happened.
There are currently TWO election cases pending before SCOTUS. The Parnell case out of Pennsylvania & AG Paxton's case out of Texas. The Parnell case asked for two things: 1) injunctive relief to stop Pennsylvania from certifying its results on 12/8 and 2) SCOTUS to hear the case LATER. Ted Cruz was asked to present Parnell's case if SCOTUS agreed to hear it. All SCOTUS has done so far is deny injunctive relief - they still MAY hear the case.
AG Paxton's case out of Texas is a lawsuit AGAINST four swing states for violating the Constitution. Many other states have already joined in. THIS IS THE IMPORTANT CASE. Remember how President Trump said he wanted "one big beautiful lawsuit" before SCOTUS but his lawyers said he had no standing?
Well, you know who does have standing before SCOTUS? States who sue each other. What else does SCOTUS have when states sue each other? Original jurisdiction. Meaning states can present ORIGINAL evidence of widespread voter fraud without FIRST having to present it to a lower court. BOOM. They're saving the BEST for last.
Now you know why Team Trump asked AG Ken Paxton of Texas to file a lawsuit against the swing states before SCOTUS. He can do what Trump cannot. So far, 10 states have joined the Texas lawsuit. More will follow. This is GENIUS.
PRESIDENT TRUMP: "We will be INTERVENING in the Texas (plus many other states) case. This is the big one. Our Country needs a victory! The [Parnell case] was not my case as has been so incorrectly reported. The case that everyone has been waiting for is the State’s case with Texas and numerous others joining. It is very strong, ALL CRITERIA MET. How can you have a presidency when a vast majority think the election was RIGGED?"

Even after Team Trump proved that over 500,000 ballots were likely cast illegally in Georgia, Governor Kemp & his SoS still refuse to authorize a signature match & machine check of the Presidential election. Why? What are they hiding. We now have proof that they were colluding with the Communist Chinese against Trump. If we know, Trump knows.
Kemp not only openly encouraged the Communists to develop in his state, after he met with the Chinese Houston Consulate leaders in 2019, the Communist spy hub that was SHUT down by Trump for organizing the BLM-ANTIFA riots, he signed the state's Dominion contract!
Governor Kemp literally did a video standing in front of the Communist flag asking China to invest in Georgia. He also bought tons of VIRUS supplies from the Communists.
No wonder he spent over $100 MILLION on voting machines made in China. This is a national security risk. He's just as bad as Biden.
Now Kemp & his Lt Governor are openly bullying Georgia's Republican legislators to back away from Trump.
Dominion salesman: "Would you like to use our machines? They're $8,000 each."
County: "We don't have the money."
Dominion: "No problem, we can get you a Mark Zuckerberg grant. Just sign this agreement saying our machines can ONLY be examined by a Dominion employee due to copy rights."
I think Kemp's "secret" plan is to rig Dominion machines for Loeffler & Purdue & then say: "See, no fraud! Trump really did lose!"
After Trump said Georgia's Governor & SoS better fix & fraud and stop the steal or they'll be responsible for losing the Senate because people are ANGRY, the Republicans finally got the message and started defending Trump.
LINDSEY GRAHAM: "If you don't stand with President Trump now, when he needs you, don't expect to get re-elected. There's a civil war brewing in Georgia."
WEAK Republicans like Newt Gingrich first admitted they probably did steal Georgia from Trump but we just need to try harder NEXT time to overcome the cheaters! So, we don't need to fix anything - just turn out at higher levels to beat the fraud! JOKE. Now he's changed his tune and said Kemp must order a signature check to show Trump won.

After a Chinese intelligence operative developed a relationship with Eric Swalwell, helped raise money for his campaign, and planted an intern in his office, Swalwell spread the Russia collusion hoax, which greatly benefited China.

The Senate is finally voting to confirm President Trump's nominee for the FCC, Republican Nathan Simington, today - meaning a 3-2 Republican majority on the FCC. He's needed to do something about "clarifying" Section 230 and stopping social media censorship.
Team Trump keeps losing cases in the corrupt lower courts which are quickly appealed. Their goal is to combine all these cases into one before the Supreme Court.
SIDNEY POWELL: "There should be at least three states before the Supreme Court with enough electoral votes to change the outcome before the end of the week."
Mark Levin said the Pennsylvania Legislature violated the State Constitution by approving mail-in voting without a Constitutional Amendment.
Then, the Pennsylvania Governor, election officials & the Pennsylvania Supreme Court violated the State & Federal Constitutions by changing election rules without Pennsylvania legislative approval.
They also violated "equal protection" by allowing the state to conduct two different processes for voting. They required in-person voters to provide ID & signature matches and vote in a timely manner while under supervision. They did NOT require mail-in voters to do any of that.
Alito wants briefs from both sides in the Kelly/Parnell Pennsylvania suit by 9am Tuesday morning for the Supreme Court which gives them three hours to decide whether to grant an injunction against the seating of Pennsylvania's electors.
KEN STARR: “These actions on the part of State Officials, making these changes, were violating the Constitution of the U.S. They were usurping power.”
If the Supreme Court takes the case, the Trump team asked Ted Cruz if he would argue before the court on their behalf.
He agreed.

Texas is also suing four swing states directly in the Supreme Court over election integrity!! Remember that Trump put Ted Cruz on the short list for SCOTUS.
Texas approached the Supreme Court directly because Article III provides that it is the court of first impression on subjects where it has original jurisdiction, such as disputes between two or more states. Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures.
Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the states to allow their legislatures to appoint their electors. The genius behind this is they don't have to prove fraud. All that has to be proven is that they changed election laws by executive order and not by legislation as required by the US Constitution.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 is really clear and there is no Pandemic clause for voting. If you can get your hair done with no mask, Nancy, you can vote with no restriction. Game. Set. Match.
New York Times is reporting AG Barr may step down. Last week, they said Barr hoped to stay & work with Biden. I don't buy it. Barr said he's staying on as long as Trump needs him.

A test of one machine in Georgia showed that running the same number of ballots through for Biden & Trump gave Biden a 26% higher count. The algorithm can be adjusted by precinct and pick any winner they like!

They were granted the opportunity to forensically examine 22 machines TODAY!
Ruby, a notorious Democrat operative who led the suitcase crooks in Georgia, didn't just have suitcases of ballots - she had boxes & boxes & boxes in the back room with no return addresses! Lou Dobbs & Sean Hannity aired the videos & Governor Kemp came out on Ingraham's show promising to get his SoS to provide signature verification of the Presidential election. He then pledged his support to the "leadership" of President Trump. He looked guilty & nervous as hell.
Evidence proves that Dominion voting machines in Georgia were “updated” with algorithms developed to steal votes from Trump. Kemp & his SoS know that. Kemp knows he's going to prison if he doesn't cooperate. Leverage. Trump then said the best way to get people out to vote in the Georgia run-off is to audit the LAST election, stop the steal, prove Trump won (not to mention other Republicans) and fix the fraud.
