A Moroccan migrant was arrested and quickly released after he badly damaged the car of woman who had refused to give him money and assaulted a bystander, according to reports.

Footage of the incident was shared to social media by Rubén Pulido, head spokesman for top nationalist-populist party VOX.

"A few minutes ago, in Aguadulce (Almería, Spain)," Pulido wrote on Thursday.

"Cultural enrichment due to the refusal, by the vehicle owner, to give a tip for the 'parking service.'"

This incident is grist for the mill. And the Nationalists, who are so vehemently opposed to immigrants, would be up in arms over it all. ;)

I spent a week in Almería 20 years ago, and it was a beautiful place (as far as cities go). The only immigrant I met was a restaurant owner from Argentina. Must be going downhill fast. Too close to Africa.

There was a woman who looked like she could have been my sister begging money in front of the 500 year old church next to the hotel. Uncanny resemblance.

ALL the women were slender -- not a fattie to be found anywhere. That was pleasant.

Their accent was hard to understand. But almost everyone was friendly, and happily endured my 15% Tex/Mex/Arizona Spanish.

You have to ask for butter; they serve only olive oil. It's a big industry there, and it's good.
