These days things are not the way they were during the 1860s. The attack on Ft. Sumter was done by the South Carolina militia since there was no Confederate army at that time.

Today the average person cannot buy more than one pistol without raising red flags. Like she says in the video I posted, you can come in and buy every long gun and shotgun in the place, but you cannot do that with handguns.

The military will always have the upper hand in armaments. That is the bottom line. ;)
