I worked, as a civilian, at MCAS Cherry Point, in the 90's. In the mid 90's they told us that the F35 will be here in total by early 2000. I left in 2001, not one plane. In 2010, one f35 arrived, was put in a hanger and had guards posted all around , no one could get in
