That will stop in a heartbeat when the US government want it to. Also, it will stop if patriots get fed up enough to put a stop to it. All a patriot needs to do is lay in ambush 300 yards away, shoot that lady with a bullhorn between the eyes (or somewhere in her head), and quickly fire off several more shots into the crowd making them scatter like terrified rats; then disappear and STFU. If that happens twice, rioting won't be fun anymore.
