Four people in Oregon, who were fully immunized with the COVID-19 vaccine, have tested positive for coronavirus, health officials revealed on Friday.

As much as I loath defending them, the vaccine makers have never claimed 100% success. It's more like 95%, so according to their own claims, 1 in 20 vaccinated people can still catch covid.
