Let's compile the most credible, presentable, authoritative testimonies and findings possible. This basically means recognized doctors (e.g. Ron Paul) and, unless verified someday, not David Martin or Judy Mikovits. This Larry Palevsky seems the genuine article here addressing the State of Connecticut Public Health Committee in February 2020.
I can't find much on his career or credentials but he looks pretty real via google. No clue who provided this info:
