After giving it a little thought I've decided that the problem is in the verbiage of the Declaration of Independence.

I am of the opinion that each and everyone of the individuals that have taken an oath and declared their desire to represent the people and then does otherwise, without hesitation should be called out, put on trial and if convicted hung publicly. Hesitation only implies weakness and wishy washy discourse among political jackals solves nothing because they are the beneficiaries of their FAKE arguments.
