The Texas House of Representatives on Thursday gave initial approval to a "constitutional carry" bill that would allow for handguns to be carried, either openly or concealed, without a permit, the Texas Tribune reported.

The same type of bill is in the North Carolina GA, but it will go no where not with the bunch of bible thumpers in the GA

Bible thumpers will have a "HELL" of a lot to answer for someday before God -- if there is one. In view of how things go in this universe where even galaxies are cannibals, I have to wonder if Satan hasn't got God bound and gagged in a corner while he operates under the name.
