How will the public know to be afraid of the new mutant strains if the US can't monitor their spread?

They need more fear in order to get people to take the Pfizer and Moderna jabs which might grow into 4 or 5 from just 2. They could just ask whoever is behind this when and where they will release the next bioweapons.
