Last month's shortfall of $225.6 billion pushed the gap for the first seven months of fiscal 2021 to $1.93 trillion, according to Treasury Department figures released Wednesday. That compared with a deficit of $738 billion in April 2020 and $1.48 trillion during the first seven months of the prior fiscal year

Biden's big spending program to subsidize everyone with kids will begin next month. That will add to the budget deficit That $6 trillion budget for 2022 won't help. At some point, faith in the dollar by people overseas will disappear. Then the deluge. Should happen before the November 2024 elections.

Take a look at this chart of the Federal Reserve Balance Sheet. Seems to be climbing sharply higher.

Federal Reserve Balance Sheet. Seems to be climbing sharply higher.

I would say that the cause of that is the FED buying up the short term debt being sold into the secondary markets by China and Brazil. How long can they keep it up? And what about those pallets of 100s (a Million to each pallet) that were returned to Iran after the Iranian assets were frozen when the Mullahs kicked out the Shah?

Iran is one of two remaining countries not to have a Rothschild Central Bank. The other is Cuba. North Korea came into the fold when Kim stepped across the DMZ and embraced the peacenik Moon. ;)
