One thing that Tulsi is confused about is the events of 9-11-2001. She claims it was an "attack on America". She is right to a certain extent.

But there were no Arab hijackers on those planes. All commercial airliners had the QRS-11 chip installed in all aircraft supposedly to preclude hijackers.
