I stay away from Red Bull and most energy drinks. But I do drink Gatorade to replenish lost electrolytes from sweating.

One time when working for State of Illinois I was on the air hammer. The sweat was pouring off of me.

This car went by slowly with two black girls in it. They were both laughing. I bet neither one of them had done a hard days work in their entire lives. ;)
