Because He Doesnt Censor Enough!
Historian upset Big Tech hasn't gone full authoritarian
In a New York Times interview published Monday, renowned historian and filmmaker Ken Burns said what most people think that Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg is an enemy of the state.
However, contrary to most Americans, Burns is mad at Zuckerberg for not doing enough to censor the speech of Facebook users.
Speaking with NYT journalist Kara Swisher on an episode of the podcast Sway, Burns discussed a film hes set to release about boxing legend Muhammad Ali.
When Swisher asked Burns who the next Muhammad Ali might be when it comes to civil rights, the filmmaker mentioned failed Georgia Democrat Stacey Abrams.
Burns said of Abrams, Shes the real deal, before adding, I mean, I hope Zuckerberg is in jail by then.
Focusing his attention on the Facebook founder, Burns continued, This is an enemy of the state, and I mean the United States of America. He doesnt give a shit about us, the United States. He knows he can transcend it. He can get away to any place. And so its just about filthy lucre, thats it.
Burns also mentioned Facebook CEO Sheryl Sandberg, saying she is an enemy of America and pushing for a liberal-run Nuremberg trial. Release the warrior in you by capitalizing on hot deals you won't find anywhere else!
These people and Sheryl is a complicit the Nuremberg of this, is if it ever happens, which it wont, will be pretty interesting. The way that weve been able to temporize and say, oh, its okay, well just go a little bit further.
These comments could be conceived as coming from an anti-censorship individual who is upset with the amount of shadowbanning and blacklisting Facebook has engaged in, specifically when it comes to conservative users.
However, just last month, Burns talked with discredited MSNBC anchor Brian Williams about how too much misinformation is being allowed on social media.
I think this is where the rubber is meeting the road, Burns told Williams. Were at this desperate place, the convergence of all of these viruses: The side effects of the misinformation and the paranoia and the lying, voter suppression. And then the rewriting of our history, our saying that were not interested in facts, were not interested in the truth, were not interested in the many varied voices that make us up.
The anti-Trump historian, famous for his Civil War documentary among others, is doing his part to foment yet another domestic conflict.

Okay, so the legal American citizens are subject to forced social distancing which doesn't work, masks which don't work, coerced vaccinations with unsafe and ineffective experimental gene therapies, constant tests with unreliable testing kits, and restrictions on travel, but the illegals just stroll across the border and are delivered to slightly-red districts all over the country without being tested.
