14% of California energy is solar. 11% is hydro. A drought is a disaster to people who want to use air conditioning. A series of rolling blackouts could only help the recall of Governor Newsom.

The cumulative number of plug-ins sold in California stands at over 862,000, compared to over 1.91 million in the U.S., compared to over 1.91 million in the U.S.May 10, 2021.

So where do they get the electricity for electric cars in a drought when selfish people want to wash clothes and run an air conditioner at home and businesses are trying to stay open after all the lockdowns. The Democrats legalized theft from store shelves. What next? Close stores? Maybe only let restaurants open after midnight?
