Oh Lord yeah !

We were working a Grunge show in Chicago. This is the kind of show that guys wear black lipstick.

One of those guys was standing by the rail looking at the stage. I told one of the guys on the crew, "You see that guy? If he comes down here I will beat the crap out of him."

They didn't sell the seats behind the stage. When the band was going off stage this guy jumped the rail in the corner and starts running along the first row of dead seats.

I paralleled him down below. He tried to jump thru the rail at the ramp. I came around the corner and clothes lined him. The glasses he was wearing went to the tip of his nose and his cap went over his eyes.

My boss was standing on the opposite rear corner of the stage. When he saw that he exclaimed, "That was an all pro move." He told the whole crew I clothes lines a guy that tried to jump on top of the band.

We had a guy above the ramp by a curtain since that was backstage entry. He came down and grabbed up that guy and took him out. "This is as close to back stage that you will get. The show is over. Go home." ROTFLMAO!

I am not taking sides, the invasion was illegal from the start, based on a lie,both parties are to blame. Her son is dead, sorry for your loss BUT he knew the job was dangerous when he took it, if he did not, then he had a real problem.
