When we drove trucks to Florida every week, when coming back we would at times do flower deliveries along the Gulf Coast.

One trip we stopped at a Petro Truck Wash in Louisiana. They had a Crawdad boil going on. It was free and you could eat all you wanted. They had corn and potatoes too but we didn't eat much of that.

You would pull off the head and suck out the juice since there were a lot of vitamins and minerals in the juice. Then you pull out the tail meat and eat it.

This is one of those old stories I am lucky to recall because of the meningitis that wiped out so much memory. ;)
