Top Putin Critic’s Website Blocked Suddenly

(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- Ahead of this month’s parliamentary elections in Russia, a website linked to opposition leader Alexei Navalny – who is still in prison – was blocked and voters denied access to information that might sway them to vote against President Vladimir Putin and his party.

According to the Associated Press, the Russian authorities blocked the website because it advocates for political candidates who have a real shot at beating incumbent parliamentarians representing the United Russia Party.

The website, known as “SmartVoting,” was established by associates of Navalny in 2018 and helps Russian voters decide which candidate is the best to vote for based on their likelihood of succeeding and replacing Putin-supported candidates.

Roskomnadzor, the Russian communications authority, said that the website was shut down because it was advocating the opinions of, and the events organized by, an extremist organization.

Sound familiar? Democrats routinely shut down conservative website and social media websites using the same accusations. This really hits close to home…

Before being made a political prisoner, Navalny ran the Foundation for fighting Corruption. It was labeled an extremist organization by the Russian authorities in June, and all officials who were connected to the organization have been banned from running for office in Russia.

It shows just how far the Russian government is willing to go to ensure that Vladimir Putin stays in power.

Maria Zakharova, a spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, said that they would consider any U.S. involvement in reinstating the website to be an “interference in domestic affairs of the Russian state,” seemingly warned the West to stay out of their affairs and to let Putin get on with rigging the election.

Candidates in the upcoming election held a protests last week with members of the national press, in which they promised to remove barriers implemented by the current Russian government on the media if they are successful.

Fingers crossed the voters see past Putin’s corruption…

Communism died in Russia, right???

Communism is merely asleep and waiting for the right time to awaken and pounce.

The aim of the Bolsheviks has always been to bring the Revolution to the very shores of America. ;)

Diehard Jew communists will one day bring this country down, in ruin if need be.

Julius Rosenberg was told by the Judge, if he confessed being a communist traitor, he would spare his wife the electric chair. He maintained his innocence and his wife went to the chair, leaving two young sons as orphans.

Years later the FBI broke Russian code that named the Rosenbergs as lifelong traitors.

Currently we have an army of Rosenbergs in the government.

Currently we have an army of Rosenbergs in the government.

And that army includes Merrick B. Garland who was so soundly defeated for the Supreme Court. ;)
