If true, then China is, to their credit, at least willing to let something happen that the US gov isn't. $305 billion is a helavalot of value though, and there's the risk of lot of unhappy Chinese people. Maybe too many.

1.2 million were promised condos that will not be forthcoming. The company is paying locally owned bonds but nothing for those owned by foreigners.
